Designed for heavy lifting, coil handling, port, wind power and overseas engineering, this product complies with ASME B30.26, EN 13155, GB/T 20118 and other international standards. Available capacities include 35T, 100T and custom sizes. Full documentation is supplied: load test report, NDT report, 3.1 material certificate and CE dossier for export clearance.
The modular design allows easy disassembly for container shipment to cut logistics cost. Fabricated from high-strength alloy steel with WPS/PQR controlled welding, every unit undergoes witnessed proof load test before delivery. Adjustable lifting points make it compatible with coil clamps, shackles and wire rope slings. Anti-corrosion options include A4 stainless steel and heavy salt-spray coating. All drawings, ITP and IRN inspection records are available in English for third-party inspection and owner approval.
