Recently, our custom H-type lifting beam for overseas customer has successfully passed NDT inspection and witnessed load test in workshop, with all performance parameters meeting design and international standards. Matching wire rope sling assemblies are finished together and ready for shipment.
This T-shaped spreader is a non-standard lifting tool. It adopts box-type stiffened plate welded construction with reinforced central lifting lug and symmetrical end lifting points for stable and level lifting. Designed in accordance with EN 13155 and ASME B30.26, all welding works follow approved WPS/PQR. Magnetic particle NDT is carried out after welding for weld defect inspection.
Proof load test was completed on our testing rig with digital load cell for real-time data recording. The supporting wire rope slings and shackles are supplied in the same batch. Full documentation including ITP, NDT report, 3.1 material certificate and IRN release note are available in both Chinese and English for third-party inspection and export customs clearance.
Compared with conventional straight lifting beams, this T-type layout is optimized for tight site space and fixed hook spacing. Compact construction enables easy container loading to reduce sea freight cost. Custom anti-corrosion coating options are available for inland or marine service conditions.
