1.Scope
This test procedure requires the specification of technical requirements, inspection methods, and inspection rules for the lifting equipment.
2.File
①GB/T 26079- 2010 – Beam Crane Hooks
② JB/T 5000.3-2007 – General Technical Requirements for Heavy Machinery – Part 3: Welded Components
③ NB/T 47013.4 – Non-destructive Testing for Pressure Equipment – Part 4: Magnetic Particle Testing
④LD48-93 – Safety Code for Lifting Equipment Hooks and Slings
⑤ JB/T 8521.2- 2007 – Design of Lifting Slings – Safety – General Purpose Synthetic Fiber Round Lifting Slings
⑥User Technical Description, Drawings and Specifications Requirements
3. Technical Requirements
Inspection type: Factory inspection
Inspection items: appearance identification, specification size, MT flaw detection, load test;
Test requirements and methods:
3.1 Appearance Identification:
The weld of the welding part should be uniform and firm, without slag inclusion and other defects;
3.2 Specifications and Dimensions:
Make measurements according to the drawings;
3.3MT inspection:
Execute according to NB/T 47013.4 Class I standard;
4.static load test
During the 1.25 times rated load test, the beam body must not lose stability. After unloading, the beam body shall not have cracks, paint film falling off, loose connection and plastic deformation affecting the use; The lifting height is 100~200mm, and the suspension time is not less than 5min.
Test method: It shall comply with GB/T 26079-2010 standard 8.6.
Type test to verify the connection performance of the lifting belt to the integral end fittings
The lifting belt sample with the integral end fittings shall be installed on the test machine in a straight and unbending manner. The lifting belt shall be connected with the end accessories according to the requirements of use. A force equivalent to twice the ultimate working load of the lifting belt is applied to the sample, and the sample is then removed from the test machine. When visually inspecting, special attention should be paid to observe whether there is damage in the place where the sealing material contacts with the end accessories.
Test method: Shall comply with JB/T8521.2-2007 Appendix A5, A6

6.Principle
At the end of the test, the appearance of the visual beam body shall not have cracks, paint film shedding, loosening of the connection and plastic deformation affecting the use of the beam. Nondestructive testing was conducted on the weld foot again, and the weld cracks were in accordance with 7.1.4 in GB/T 26079-2010 Standard.
Size check, check qualified.
2. At the end of the test, if the envelope of the lifting belt sample is not broken, and the sample has no cuts or other signs of damage, the sample is judged to have passed the test.
The tool measures the size and color of the sling.
